Due attori, Vale e Gabry, scendono in piazza per far valere i loro diritti ma ben presto si rendono conto che i diritti più importanti sono quelli dei bambini. Decidono così di raccontarli attraverso le avventure del bambino Federoco e del suo valido collaboratore Periqui-eli.
I due partiranno insieme per un lungo viaggio alla scoperta dei diritti dei bambini attraversando vari pianeti, dove incontreranno personaggi fantastici. Federoco capirà di essere un bambino fortunato perché tutti i suoi diritti sono rispettati, allo stesso modo si accorgerà che non per tutti i suoi coetanei è così. Uno spettacolo dedicato ai più piccoli, con uno sguardo rivolto agli adulti.
