“Un tempo, un tempo molto lontano abitava la terra il popolo dei giganti”, ma siamo proprio sicuri che i giganti non esistano più? Il nostro è un gigante speciale, egoista, che ama il suo giardino sopra ogni cosa e non sopporta che qualcuno lo possa rovinare. Ma vivere significa usare, scalfire e a volte sciupare. Il nostro gigante si accorge che la solitudine è gelo, che i bambini sono calore e che se desideri che i tuoi fiori sboccino devi permettergli di essere accarezzati e, a volte, calpestati. Il nostro gigante capisce tutto questo grazie all’amore dei bambini, che desiderano essere ascoltati da lui, amano giocare insieme a lui, lo cercano, si affezionano e non lo lasciano mai in pace, come fanno tutti i bambini del mondo con i loro giganti.

Il ritiro presso il botteghino deve essere effettuato nel giorno dell'evento, seguendo le indicazioni inserite nelle informazioni dell'evento.
Email/SMS con QRCode da mostrare all’ingresso.
I biglietti digitali sono costituiti da un Qrcode, presentando i QRcode all’ingresso dell’evento saranno letti da un dispositivo che li verifica e li invalida. Con i Biglietti digitali-Qrcode non è necessario il ritiro dei biglietti tradizionali, nella maggior parte dei casi sarà possibile accedere direttamente all’evento senza passare per la cassa.
Seguire in ogni caso cartelli ed indicazioni dell’organizzatore sul luogo dell’evento.

If this purchase refers to an event with a set date and time, it is mandatory to display the
codes/QRCodes* at the event entrance. If the event has an open date, please check for
the possibility to choose a date on liveticket, by inserting the season pass code* of
this season pass. If it is not possible to choose a date for this event, please verify the entry modality
described in the event page, and carry the code/QRCode with you while entering the event.
* Access codes and QRCodes will be on the documents attached the the purchase confirmation
e-mail, or can be downloaded by accessing your reserved area page. They must be shown on the screen
of a smartphone or analogous device, o printed on paper.
The event manager has the right to accept of deny refunds: verify the presence of information on the page of the event manager or of the event location.
