Il suo spirito caritatevole si era spinto fino ad accogliere in casa come “beneficati” Bice, rimasta orfana in tenera età, e Don Prospero Ribera, vissuto in famiglia per ben 37 anni.
Con la sua morte, il figlio Amedeo ne ha ereditato lo studio d’avvocato, la famiglia intera (Dorotea, Adele e Margherita) e la consuetudine della beneficenza, praticata alla stregua d’una professione anch’essa. Mentre, pochi giorni dopo la morte improvvisa di Don Prospero, i familiari sono riuniti in casa in presenza di Lorenzo De Ricco, fidato amministratore di famiglia, e dei domestici Caterina ed Ernesto, giunge un ospite inatteso di cui nessuno conosceva l’esistenza: Ludovico, figlio di Don Prospero. L’ospite viene a reclamare l’eredità del padre e si mostra “informato” di vita, morte e miracoli della famiglia in cui piomba. Il suo arrivo avrà la portata di un “avvenimento cruciale” per le conseguenze impreviste e inimmaginabili sull’equilibrio familiare.

Tickets purchases by credit card must be completed within a maximum of 9 minutes,
