26/05/2022 21.00 Camisano Vicentino (VI) Cinema Teatro Lux Finale a sopresa, il film diretto da Mariano Cohn e Gastón Duprat, vede protagonista Lola Cuevas (Penelope Cruz), un'eccentrica e affermata regista a cui è stata commissionata la regia di un film da un imprenditore miliardario megalomane deciso a lasciare il segno nella storia.
L'ambiziosa impresa richiede i più grandi talenti, così Lola scrittura due stelle della recitazione: il divo sciupafemmine di Hollywood, Félix Rivero (Antonio Banderas) e il capofila del cinema e del teatro impegnato, Iván Torres (Oscar Martínez). Due attori agli antipodi ma entrambi leggende, con un carisma e un ego ineguagliabili, sono costretti da Lola ad affrontare delle prove esilaranti e originali che li metteranno a dura prova. Riusciranno a superare la loro rivalità per dare vita a un capolavoro?
Presentato in concorso alla Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica di Venezia del 2021, tra le presentazioni speciali al Festival di Toronto e nella sezione di apertura del Festival di San Sebastian.
